NOTE : If you will be attending the AOSA National Conference this November in Charlotte, North Carolina, you need to pay your national dues directly to AOSA headquarters before our first worshop. You need your membership to register for all national conferences before the Oct. Deadline. (The national memberships renewed at our chaper workshop in September will not be processed through the national office until mid-October.) You can apply for / renew your national membership online at http://aosa.org or call the national AOSA office in Cleveland at (440) 543-5366. Ask them to please give you your membership number or email it to you so that you will then have it to fill out the rest of this registration - either online or in person at the workshop.

*FYI - National AOSA membership is required for official Greater Cincinnati Chapter membership.
Others attending the workshops who are not AOSA members will be classified as " visitors ".

Option 1: THE COMPLETE ONE YEAR PACKAGE : I am NOT currently a National AOSA Member . I WANT TO JOIN WITH A 1 YEAR MEMBERSHIP TO BOTH the NATIONAL AOSA and the LOCAL CINCINNATI ORFF CHAPTER. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS OPTION ADDITIONALLY GIVES ME THE TOTAL PACKAGE of the CURRENT YEAR' s workshops at the chapter member>

Option 2: I HAVE NATIONAL - I WANT THE LOCAL CHAPTER WORKSHOP PACKAGE :
I HAVE ALREADY PAID the National AOSA MEMBERSHIP for this CURRENT YEAR ( as indicated by my membership number above ) which includes my subscription to the Orff Echo and the National AOSA directory ). I WILL BE attending the workshop sessions and I WANT TO PAY FOR THE CURRENT YEAR'S CHAPTER WORKSHOP PACKAGE which includes Workshop Fees and Chapter Membership .

Option 3: I HAVE NATIONAL - I WANT ONLY A CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP - NO WORKSHOPS :
I HAVE ALREADY PAID the National AOSA MEMBERSHIP for this CURRENT YEAR ( as indicated by my membership number above ) which includes my subscription to the Orff Echo and the National AOSA directory. I WANT TO PAY FOR LOCAL MEMBERSHIP IN THE CHAPTER, BUT I WILL NOT BE ATTENDING WORKSHOPS. I understand that this will allow me to receive a copy of the local chapter directory and permit me to use the chapter video library services.

Option 4: SINGLE WORKSHOP : I WISH TO PAY FOR JUST A SINGLE WORKSHOP.

Option 5: MIAMI CREDIT : I will be taking the workshops for Miami credit. I WISH TO PURCHASE ONLY MY CURRENT ONE YEAR NATIONAL AOSA MEMBERSHIP which will include my subscription to the Orff Echo and the national AOSA directory. ( This combination of National AOSA membership and the Miami tuition fee will also cover my local chapter membership and my workshop costs for the current year and will include the local chapter directory ).

Option 6: I HAVE CURRENT NATIONAL AOSA MEMBERSHIP - I WISH MIAMI CREDIT : I will be taking the workshops for Miami credit. I ALREADY HAVE A PAID MEMBERSHIP to National AOSA for this CURRENT YEAR ( as indicated by my membership number above ). Membership includes my subscription to the Orff Echo and the National AOSA directory. ( This combination of National AOSA membership and the Miami tuition fee will cover my local chapter membership and my workshop costs for the current year and will include the local chapter directory ).
